Account and data deletion

1. How to request deletion

Send a request to the email address below, preferably from the email used to register your AirsoftCrew account.

In your request include: the account email, your nickname (if you remember it), and the phrase “I request deletion of my account and associated data”.

You can also open a support ticket from Assistenza / Support in the app or the logged-in website, if you still have access.

Before proceeding we may ask for a minimal identity check (e.g. email confirmation) to prevent unauthorized deletions.

2. What is deleted

Profile and account data (email, name, surname, nickname, credentials, preferences, Google link if any).

User-generated content where technically possible (posts, comments, profile/gallery photos, privacy and map settings).

Device tokens for push notifications, sessions and trusted devices tied to the account.

Location data and BatRep tracks associated with your user, within the retention already described for those features.

3. What may be retained (and why)

Data required to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax/accounting records for marketplace orders or tournament fees), for the period required by law.

Information about disputes, fraud or moderation where still needed to protect our rights or those of others.

Content involving other users (e.g. group photos with tags) may be anonymized or kept without references to your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Closing the account does not automatically cancel obligations already accrued (open orders, open disputes, fees already paid).

4. Processing times

We normally acknowledge the request within a few business days.

We complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days after verifying the request, unless mandatory retention rules apply as above.

If we need clarifications or extra information, the timeline starts once we have everything required.
